Ridgeway staff and students worked together to host their annual “Empty Bowls” charity fundraiser event on Saturday, Nov. 15.  The event was created and is organized each year by art teacher, Terry Toney.  Every Ridgeway student’s artistic talent was utilized in some way, from making place mats, table centerpieces, decorations, and displays to making the actual bowls themselves. For $10.00 attendees received soup, bread, dessert, drink, and a commemorative student-created bowl to take home.  100% of the gross intake was donated to feed the hungry right here in our own community.
